The Firm

The history of the firm is that of its founder, Bruno Rossini.

 
Born in Perugia in 1941, but raised in Milan, where he graduated, Mr Rossini has always carried out his professional activities with passion and dedication, and with a vocation for charity work. After working for decades in the field, he was elected president of the most important first aid and public assistance association of Lombardy between 2003 and 2009, for which he actively carried out institutional tasks with close relations with the authorities.

In the meantime, the firm grew in size and expertise and, after extensive experience gained in the field of corporate law by providing professional assistance to a multinational group under Italian law, with activities conducted in various European and non-European foreign countries (including North America, Latin America and Saudi Arabia), it began to focus on the sector of "white collar crimes".

The firm then distinguished itself in the vocation of assisting companies, often with international profiles and with leaders in their sector, leading it to deal with events that have characterised the judicial history of our country over the last half century.

In 2019, the professional partnership with Vittorio Poli, which began at the time of “Tangentopoli”, was formalised through the foundation of Rossini Poli Studio Legale Associato.

In 2022, the firm took on its current form with the decision to associate Davide Conforti, another long-standing collaborator.

Today, the "heirs" of Bruno Rossini, born and raised professionally within the firm, carry forward the same experience, which has become a common heritage, reinterpreting new needs in the light of the teachings of the past, and thanks to the deep knowledge of the reality of the Italian Courts, keeping a continuous dialogue extended to the various professionals who increasingly find themselves having to support entrepreneurs and companies.
