EDUCATION

Graduating with high grades in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2020, she joined the firm in 2021. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2023.

Between November 2020 and May 2022, she completed a training internship at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Milan, Organised-Crime Department.

In December 2024 she obtained a Master's Degree in Corporate Criminal Law organized by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in collaboration with the Federico Stella High School on Criminal Justice (ASGP) with a thesis entitled "Legislative Decree 231/2001 in corporate groups: the risk of re-entry into the national or foreign holding company".

POSITION AND AREAS OF ACTIVITY

In addition to the professional activity carried out for the most important long-standing clients of the firm – mainly in the luxury and fashion sector – and to the support of the partners in the management of aspects related in particular to safety at work, environmental crimes and the administrative liability of legal entities, she has collaborated in the defence in a trial for transnational trafficking of waste as well as in the protection of the interests of a major multinational Company in one of the most significant cases regarding unauthorised recruiting promoted in our country.

LANGUAGES

She works and corresponds in Italian and English, having enhanced her knowledge of the language during her university studies by participating at the “Model United Nations” (MUN), held in the United States, as “Head Delegate of the United States of America at the United Nations Environment Assembly – UNEA”.
