EDUCATION

Graduating with high grades in Law from the University of Milan in 2018, he immediately joined the firm. Since 2021 he has been a member of the Milan Bar Association.

In 2025 he gained an in-depth knowledge of administrative liability of legal entities deriving from crimes committed by directors and employees and of the role of the Supervisory Board for Compliance when he participated in a post-graduate master’s degree entitled “Legislative Decree no. 231/2001: legal entities liability for crimes and corporate compliance” organised by the University of Milan.

POSITION AND AREAS OF ACTIVITY

He has gained significant experience in all sectors of economic criminal law, with particular attention to issues relating to the criminal protection of trademarks, for which he regularly provides legal assistance and collaborates in the management of the interests of important multinational fashion companies.

He also deals with tax crimes and offences relating to health and safety at work, with a focus on accidents and exposure to asbestos and radiation.

He also takes care of the contacts with the professionals of foreign Law Firm and deals with transnational matters entrusted to the firm.
