Barbara is continuously dedicated to assisting the most important long-standing clients of the firm in the luxury and fashion sectors, she has gained considerable experience in all areas of corporate criminal law, thanks also to her collaboration as a criminal lawyer with important Milanese firms specialised in civil, corporate and international commercial law, with which she has developed a relationship lasting several decades, with particular focus to dual-use matters.

Equipped with solid expertise in the field of administrative liability of legal entities, in which she has dealt with the drafting of Organizational and Management Models, as well as the organisation of various Conferences and Training Courses, she has held, and still holds, the position of President and member of the Supervisory Boards for Compliance of various companies belonging to the banking sector, and most recently, of subsidiaries active in the field of waste disposal.

She has participated in trials regarding crimes against the Public Administration and tax matters, and has carried out consultancy activities for Italian and European investment funds.

Recently her skills have also extended into the field of criminal mediation.

From 2001 to 2017, she also carried out the functions of Honorary Magistrate with application to the Public Prosecutor's Office in the Court of Milan Corporate Crimes Department.

She is vice-president of the Milan section of the National Association of Italian Lawyers (A.N.A.I.).
