He manages, also in synergy with Vittorio Poli, the most important long-standing clients of the firm in the luxury and fashion sectors for the legal protection of the brand dictated by criminal law.

Over the years, he has enhanced his knowledge in the various fields of economic criminal law, contributing to the defence in the most important cases regarding bankruptcy, corruption and tax crimes, also developing a solid expertise in environmental law and workplace safety.

A consultant for investment funds in criminal and anti-money laundering matters, he specialised in the field of administrative liability of legal entities, dealing not only with defence in court, but also with the drafting of the Organizational and Management Models for Italian and foreign companies and groups. He has held, and continues to hold, the position of President of the Supervisory Boards for Compliance in many important companies, including listed companies of national strategic importance.

Recently, he has been involved in several criminal proceedings of wide resonance for tax crimes and corruption, as well as in one of the main trials for unauthorised recruiting being held in our country, and has contributed to the defence of the interests of the European Commission, and of agencies deriving from the latter, in a criminal proceeding promoted by the EPPO in the matter of aggravated fraud of public funds.
