Always dedicated to the various fields of economic criminal law (from tax and fiscal crimes to urban planning crimes, from crimes in the financial sector to pollution and workplace safety), he is one of the leading experts in the field of industrial criminal law, which he has been dealing with on a permanent basis for over thirty years on behalf of prestigious trademark-holding Companies. In this context, he regularly provides external consultancy to several law firms in the areas of civil, corporate and international law.

In recent years, he has also gained solid experience in the field of administrative liability of legal entities deriving from crimes committed by directors and employees (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001) and is a member of Supervisory Boards for Compliance of important multinational companies.

Among the most significant experiences of his career was the assistance to a Belgian company belonging to a primary national industrial group, which led him to plead before the Constitutional Court and the defence of a dozen people at trial for corruption in the national health system involving over one hundred other defendants.

The most recent assignments concern the protection of multinational companies and their top management in trials for false invoices and corruption of public officials (including the mayor of one of the main Italian cities). He has also worked on cases involving the unauthorised recruiting of thousands of employees of subcontractors as well as providing defence for persons accused of crimes related to asbestos pollution.
